Tips On Wholesale Cabinets Drop Shipping Business
Interested in the wholesale cabinet business, but don’t have the finances to start one? No worries, you can actually operate such a business through drop shipping. I handled 3 Amazon accounts before for a drop shipper whose products were mainly toys, and a few furniture items. I was amazed as to how fast the turnaround was especially at Halloween, Black Friday, and during the Christmas season itself. I remembered having more than 50 orders a day. Just imagine how high the sales were!
From that experience, I thought of having my own drop shipping company. I want to explore more on other products aside from toys; the kind that would sell whole year through, and have stability in the market. As I was browsing the internet, I stumbled on a furniture website that offered drop shipping with around 3,000 home furnishing products. If I make a go for it, I would be selling these wholesale cabinets, coffee tables, sinks, wine racks and coolers, and the like, at a given price, that will enable me to have enough profit. Basically, the wholesaler will give me 10% or 15% for each item sold. Not bad! Their products are not difficult to sell. Consumers would always seek these items online.
So, if you are interested in drop shipping, come on and join me with the following process:
Sounds like a lot of work? The challenge is only at the start, but once you have established your business, each detail will become a piece of cake for you.

- Decide which online marketplace I can effectively sell the products: eBay, Amazon, and Shopify are the usual choices.
- Check the platform of each marketplace in terms of the fees and the convenience of selling. Some would charge you monthly fees, some would get their fee from each sale that you make, some are per listing, and some are free but subject to limitations; and if you are a member, you are able to unlock more options in selling.
- Make an account in the marketplace of your choice. Create your e-commerce store and choose a name that is catchy and has a memory recall.
- Create a website. This is optional but can help you with online marketing. This can go alongside the online marketplace. You can create content or videos for the product that you are selling, and link it to the marketplace. On another note, if the fees are too much for you, you can sell the products through this website alone. There are free website builders out there that you can make use of.
- Create a spreadsheet. For an organized summary of your orders, list down each product sold on the sheet, the buyer’s details such as the ordered date, shipping information, sold item, and the price. The drop shipper will provide you with the tracking number as soon as you have purchased the item. Take note of this tracking number on the same sheet. Also, include the delivery date. This is very useful especially in cases of complaints and returns.
- Online Marketing. Promote the products: wholesale cabinets, toys, or whatever products you have decided to sell through the social media.
Sounds like a lot of work? The challenge is only at the start, but once you have established your business, each detail will become a piece of cake for you.
